The Spring 2008 HMSC Chili Championship (our first ever competition) was a huge success, with six chefs preparing their best chili recipes and over fifty attendees eating and voting on their favorites. In the end, HMSC Director George Boehlert triumphed with his Chili Verde con Frijoles Blancos.
