Meeting Rooms at
Hatfield Marine Science Center
The Center has meeting rooms, classrooms, an auditorium and labs that can be rented for use by outside groups. Descriptions and photos of the various rooms can be found on this page. View the room rental fees by clicking Costs on the menu below. Please read the Rooms Use Policies to ensure that our facility will meet your group's needs. Availability of each room on specific dates can be checked by using the Interactive Room Calendar.
With the exception of the Dining Hall, all rooms which are available to rent are located in either our Main Building or Guin Library (map). A map of the entire Hatfield Marine Science Center campus can be found at the upper right-hand corner of this page.
Room scheduling is handled by Candace Rogers, in the HMSC Director's Office. Please make room requests by submitting the on-line Room Request Form . Room requests are not considered guaranteed until you receive a final confirmation email.
