MEETING ROOM REQUEST FORM

Please use the on-line form below to request a meeting room at Hatfield Marine Science Center. All fields must be populated in order to submit - use NA in any fields that do not apply to your request. Room requests are not considered guaranteed until you receive a final confirmation email. If not received within three business days of your request, call our meeting room coordinator to check status.

 

You are encouraged to come by the Hatfield Marine Science Center in advance of your event, look at the facilities, and decide on arrangement of furniture for optimum use. Please call ahead, (541) 867-0212, to make sure the room is available for viewing.
