You may apply for an OSU "Corporate Card" to keep your travel expenses separate from your personal credit cards. Ask CIMRS Administrator LeAnne Rutland for assistance.

 

Reimbursements:

To use the Travel Reimbursement Entry System (TRES) system, login to the OSU Employee Online Services and click on the link for Travel Reimbursement; send to LeAnne Rutland with receipts. Please review OSU Policy FIS 411-07 Travel Reimbursements

Direct deposit of reimbursements to your bank account is encouraged. This requires separate paperwork from your payroll direct deposit -ask LeAnne Rutland for assistance.
