2009 Ph.D Environmental Sciences

Carlos earned his Ph.D examining the role of community optimism in natural hazard preparedness.  Since graduating, Carlos has returned to his native Columbia where he serves on the education faculty in the College of Sciences and Arts at the University of Antioquia, Medellin.
