Tracy Crews oversees Oregon Sea Grant’s extensive marine education programs at OSU's Hatfield Marine Science Center, including hands-on field and lab programs, homeschool and career day events, summer camps, and educator workshops. Tracy also manages the Oregon Coast Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Hub, a collaborative effort of over 50 partners along the Oregon coast. She coordinates the Oregon Regional MATE Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) Competition, the Oregon Coast Renewable Energy Challenge,  and partners with other organizations to conduct STEM education research. Tracy also serves as adjunct faculty for OSU’s College of Earth, Oceanic and Atmospheric Sciences (CEOAS), advising students pursuing advanced degrees in Marine Resource Management with an emphasis on Marine Education. She holds a Bachelor's degree in marine biology, a Master's degree in marine science, and has worked in fisheries research, resource management, and education for over 25 years.
