What is different?

Service Portal – A new service portal, mysupport.oregonstate.edu, is available to simplify the way you interact with OSU's IT services. A tour is available to help get you started. While this portal is new for OSU IT Services, it is already used for HR and Payroll services. 

Email Notifications – Email notifications for your service requests will come from the “OSU Employee Service Portal.” You can reply directly to the email notifications or click the request number to open the request in the service portal.

What is the same?

Contact Information - IT's contact information remains the same, and you can continue to reach out to them through the usual channels for any support requests, with the addition of the new service portal, mysupport.oregonstate.edu.

Hours - The hours of service and locations will remain unchanged.

Services - The range of services that our IT team provides remains the same.
