Hatfield's Historic Housing

Hatfield's historic housing is located on the Hatfield campus and can accommodate up to 100 residents. Housing options include apartments, bunkhouses, and manufactured homes. All units come fully furnished and equipped with kitchenware. Residents have access to shared laundry facilities, outdoor volleyball and basketball courts, gazebo, and a dining hall.  

All utilities and access to shared resources are included in housing fees.

Note: Undergraduate students are not eligible for long-term stays in Hatfield Historic Housing. Any stay over 30 days is considered long term.

Historic Apartments

Four person unit - $85/night or $400/mo.

Three person unit - $45/night or $450/mo.

Two person unit - $55/night or $500/mo.

Single unit - $65/night or $550/mo.

Bunkhouse & Dining Hall

Cost per resident - $22/night or $200/mo.

  • Twin bunk beds
  • Max capacity eight

  • Access to shared kitchen in Hatfield Dining Hall.

 

Mobile Units

Eight person unit - $40/night or $425/mo.

Three person unit - $75/night or $750/mo.

Single person unit - $100/night or $1,250/mo.
