HMSC Research Summit - October 15 and 16, 2024.

This is an onsite event with limited remote options. The Research Summit is a unique opportunity for our larger community to meet and engage with the diversity of research, researchers, and programs across our many organizations that make Hatfield Marine Science Center special. The Research Summit features a mix of presentations on new and innovative research at Hatfield and small discussion groups. There will also be optional workshops, tours, and social events. Lunch and snacks are provided for the full-day event. The event is free, but space is limited, and registration is required to attend.

October 15

Call for Sponsors:

The annual HMSC Research Summit is a unique opportunity for our larger community to meet and engage with the diversity of research, researchers, and programs across our many organizations that make Hatfield Marine Science Center special. This year’s event will be held on Oct 15 and 16th with an expected attendance of 150 researchers, staff, and students over the two days.  The goal of this event is to foster connections and collaboration across the HMSC and its partners.  Lunch and snacks are provided for the full-day free event.  Sponsorship dollars will go towards helping us cover the food and speaker support costs associated with putting on a free event with no registration cost for our participants.  Official sponsors will be recognized on event promotional material and the agenda.  We would welcome general sponsorship of any amount or level of sponsorship for a particular event.
