AnchorBarry Fisher Room (HMSC BFR): This smaller conference room is in the Guin Library. You may rearrange the furniture but must move it back at the end of your meeting. Hollow square is the standard setup in the room. Food and non-alcoholic drink are allowed if it is prearranged with the Meeting Room Coordinator. Directions to the library.

Availability: The library's hours are 8 am-5 pm Monday to Friday. This space is not available for non-Hatfield use when the library is closed. You can book this room up to six months in advance.

Equipment: 80" monitor equipped with speakers for presentations operated by a PC with HDMI ports and internet access; large portable whiteboard; room camera and microphone for web conferencing; speakerphone (541) 867-0101. Free wireless is available throughout the library.

Capacity: Up to 16 people.

Library Seminar Room (HMSC GUIN): Located in the Guin Library, this is the Center's largest meeting room. You may rearrange the furniture but must move it back at the end of your meeting. There are two entrance doors to the space, one has a reception table, and the second entrance comes from a small lobby. Food and non-alcoholic drink are allowed if it is prearranged with the Meeting Room Coordinator. Food and drinks can be set up in either lobby entrance. Directions to the library.

Availability: The library’s hours are 8 am-5 pm Monday to Friday. This space is not available for non-Hatfield use when the library is closed. You can book this room up to three months in advance. Bookings longer than two days must be approved by the Director’s Office.

Equipment: 80" monitor equipped with speakers for presentations operated by a PC with HDMI ports and internet access at a podium; large portable whiteboard; room camera and microphone for web conferencing; speakerphone (541) 867-0356. Free wireless is available throughout the library.

Capacity: Up to 48 people (24 max at tables, plus 24 additional chairs).

Meeting/Classroom 278 (GVMS 278): This smaller boardroom style space is on the second floor of the Gladys Valley Marine Studies Building. It is equipped with a conference table and 12 chairs. The room setup is not flexible. Food and non-alcoholic drink are allowed if it is prearranged with the Meeting Room Coordinator.

Availability: You may book this room up to six months in advance.

Equipment: A HDMI connection is available for a laptop (adapters not included) to project onto a wall monitor. A microphone/webcam sound bar is available for web conferencing. There is a speakerphone and large wall-mounted whiteboard in the room. Free wireless available.

Capacity: 12 people

Meeting/Classroom 378 (GVMS 378):  This smaller boardroom style space is on the third floor of the Gladys Valley Marine Studies Building. It is equipped with a conference table and 12 chairs. West Wing Conference Room (HMSC WWR): This smaller meeting room is in the main building. It has a conference table and chairs. Food and drinks are discouraged.

Availability: This room is only available to OSU/Hatfield groups and co-located partners. You can book this room up to six months in advance.

Equipment: 70" monitor equipped with speakers for presentations operated by a PC with HDMI ports and internet access; whiteboard; room camera and microphone for web conferencing; speakerphone (541) 867-0204.

Capacity: 8 people at the conference table; plus 2 more chairs can be added at the corners of the room.
